to 60x magnification.
The legendary high-performance LEICA TELEVID 77 spotting
scopes are now being complemented by the smaller and lighter
LEICA TELEVID 62 line of spotting scopes in four versions,
thus clearing the way to applications where up to now
spotting scopes were of only limited use because of their
weight. All lines of spotting scopes are also available
in APO-versions.
Weighing approximately 1,000 g (35.25 oz) and with
a length of only 300 mm (11 3/4") respectively,
it satisfies the wishes of users who want an outdoor
instrument that is easy to transport and easy to use.
The imaging performance of the LEICA TELEVID 62 sets
new standards for the compact class of spotting scopes:
The image sharpness is comparable to that of the larger
77-line of spotting scopes and color fidelity, brightness
and contrast are also superb. The Apo version significantly
increases the imaging performance of the standard version,
which is already exceptionally high for a compact spotting
scope. Especially the use of fluorite-containing glasses
achieves an enhanced freedom of color fringes. The LEICA
TELEVID 62 is simply perfect for observing of nature
in its purest form. And you can even record your subjects
