Description

To be in close proximity to the subject and to experience it intensively - that is made possible by high performance LEICA TELEVID 62 and LEICA TELEVID 77 spotting scopes and their continuously adjustable 20x to 60x magnification.

The imaging performance of the LEICA TELEVID 62 sets new standards for the compact class of spotting scopes. The image sharpness is comparable to that of the larger 77-line of spotting scopes and color fidelity, brightness and contrast are also superb. The Apo version significantly increases the imaging performance of the standard version, which is already exceptionally high for a compact spotting scope. Especially the use of fluorite-containing glasses achieves an enhanced freedom of color fringes.

The Televid 62 features our patented dual focusing technique, with which you can find optimal sharpness by means of two focusing wheels. The large focusing wheel serves for coarse focusing and the smaller wheel for fine focusing. That enables you to focus on your subjects even faster and more accurately, without having to change the position of your hands.

All eyepieces for Televid 77 spotting scopes can also be used on Televid 62 spotting scopes.
The focal length of the lens of the Televid 62 spotting scope is shorter, resulting in a magnification that is 20% lower (16x, 26x, 32x, and 16x - 48x). A new version of the 32x wide-angle eyepiece that features an especially wide field of view of 40 m / yds at 1000 m / yds was designed specifically for the new Televid 62 spotting scopes
